Trafic de drogues : l’ONU alerte sur l’impact du Covid-19 sur les populations fragiles

À la veille de la journée mondiale contre le trafic de drogues, l’ONU a publié, jeudi, un rapport pour alerter les pays sur l’aggravation des risques liés au commerce de stupéfiants à cause de la pandémie. L’organisation internationale pointe une hausse du trafic de drogue, l’usage de substances plus nocives et la baisse des budgets publics de soins.

Dans son rapport, publié chaque année à l’occasion de la journée mondiale contre le trafic de drogues, l’agence des Nations unies contre la drogue et le crime (ONUDC) compare l’impact de l’épidémie mondiale de Covid-19 sur le marché des stupéfiants à celui de la crise financière de 2008.
